Who We Are

Stephanie Weyell
Founder & Co-ordinator
Stephanie is a dedicated health and wellbeing professional with a passion for holistic healing through nature and animal-assisted therapy. She previously initiated an Equine / Green Therapy project in collaboration with a charity, building on her experience working with women facing addiction issues and volunteering for the RDA (Riding for The Disabled).
Her work focuses on promoting health, resilience, and community support through accessible, impactful programmes. She also organises Cancer Awareness and Prevention retreats, with plans to expand these initiatives in partnership with others to raise awareness and provide support. As a qualified Health Coach specialising in female health, Stephanie brings personal lived experience with Breast Cancer, Endometriosis, Pelvic Health Dysfunction, and Autoimmune Disease, which deeply informs her approach to empowering others on their healing journeys.
Linda Beswick BSc, MSc, MSc, GMBPsS, DOCP
Coaching Psychologist & Researcher
With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s toughest challenges, Linda has developed a coaching practice centred on wellbeing, resilience, leadership, and career growth.
Currently completing her PhD in Psychology, she researches the impact of Endometriosis on women’s mental health and how coaching and positive psychology can offer support. Drawing on her personal experience with Endometriosis, alongside her research and coaching expertise, she creates a safe, compassionate space where women can build confidence, connect, and find hope.
At Compass Women’s Wellbeing, she leads the Personal Development Programme, offering group coaching courses on Resilience, Self-awareness, Wellbeing, and Women’s Health.


Sarah Clark
Director & National Autism Trainer
Sarah Clark is a postgraduate research student pursuing a Masters by Research, with an MSc in Clinical and Developmental Neuropsychology. Her research focuses on reducing diagnostic delays for autistic individuals with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD). Diagnosed with HEDS in 2020 and identifying as autistic in 2022, she combines personal experience with academic expertise.
Sarah is also an active volunteer and trainer, delivering autism training for NHS staff and serving as a Patient Expert in the EDS International Consortium. She has presented internationally and authored articles in journals like BMJ and The Journal of Patient Experience.
Beyond academia, Sarah is a passionate photographer with two solo exhibitions, and her writing has appeared in blogs and magazines. Her interests include the psychological impact of misdiagnosis, holistic health practices, and resilience-building. After facing her own health challenges and temporary housebound years, she regained her strength to complete charity challenges like the Jurassic Coast and Great South Run.
